制作：
(1)将牛肉、鱼肉、鸡胸肉用调味料腌15分钟，分别用竹籤串起每串约三块。
(2)用平底锅将腌好的肉串放入两面煎熟即可。
(3)先在餐盒内铺上2片生菜，在铺上炒熟的洋葱与青椒，另一层餐盒，一格放入白饭铺平，一盒放入甜辣酱，就大功告成了。
