[原料/调料]
鳕鱼 4两 紫生菜、洋葱丝、红萝蔔丝、青蒜丝 各少许 白饭 1碗 绿花椰菜 1颗
(1)黑醋 1大匙 酱油 2小匙 糖 1小匙 香油 1小匙
(2)太白粉、盐、胡椒粉 各少许 油 少许
(3)白醋 1/2大匙 糖 1小匙 香油 1小匙
[制作流程]
(1)将鳕鱼洗净擦干,用调味料(2)腌10分钟,再沾太白粉,用热油加热炸至金黄色,捞起,再将调味料(1)与鳕鱼一起煮至入味,等汁收干即可盛起放入餐盒中。
(2)将材料(2)分别洗净切丝,拌均匀,放入隔层餐盒中,再倒入调味料(3)淋上即可。
(3)将白饭盛入餐盒中铺平,再装饰一棵烫熟的绿花椰菜即完成了。
