性质:银镀层很容易抛光,有很强的反光能力和良好的导热、导电、焊接性能。银镀层最早应用于装饰。在电子工业、通讯设备和仪器仪表制造业中,广泛采用镀银以减少金属零件表面的接触电阻,提高金属的焊接能力。此外,探照灯及其他反射器中的金属反光镜也需镀银。由于银原子容易扩散和沿材料表面滑移,在潮湿大气中易产生“银须”造成短路,故银镀层不宜在印刷电路板中使用。目前使用的镀银液主要是氰化物镀液。
