| 破乳 demulsification 将乳状液破坏以达到两相分离的过程。例如原油脱水、从污水中除去油珠、从牛奶中提取奶油等。 根据分散相和连续相的性质 ,可采用不同的方法实现破乳。离心破乳即是用离心方法将两相分离;若乳化剂是离子型表面活性剂,则可在高压电场中使带电液珠移向一侧,称为静电破乳;利用超声波加速液珠间的聚集,也是一种破乳手段。但在工业上更普遍的破乳方法是加入一种叫做破乳剂的物质,以破坏吸附在油-水界面上的乳化剂,使其失去乳化能力。常用的破乳剂多是表面活性剂,它有很高的表面活性,能将界面上原来的乳化剂赶走以取而代之;同时它的分子具有分支结构,不能在界面上紧密排列成坚固的吸附膜,从而使乳状液的稳定性大大降低。例如由环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷共聚而成的聚醚表面活性剂,就是一种常用的原油破乳剂。对于以固体粉末作乳化剂的乳状液,若加入润湿剂(也是某种表面活性剂),使粉末粒子被一相完全润湿,从而脱离界面而进入该相之中,使乳状液破坏。 |
