To evaluate the effect of the tapered round pipe geometry,volumetric flow rate and gellant type or content on the pressure drop,the velocity and viscosity fields,the governing equations of the steady,incompressible,isothermal,laminar flow of a Power-Law,shear-thinning gel propellants in pipe were formulated,discretized and solved.
为讨论管道收敛角、体积流率、胶凝剂类型与含量等三因素对凝胶推进剂管道流动特性的影响,用SIMPLEC算法、二阶迎风格式离散柱坐标系下N-S方程,对凝胶推进剂在圆管中的流动进行了二维数值模拟,计算结果表明:(1)体积流率增大,粘度减小,含量增大,粘度增大,它们的改变引起粘度变化不显著;(2)收敛角增大,出、入口截面平均表观粘度降低幅度不断增大,出口截面平均表观粘度不断减小至近牛顿粘度水平η∞,当角度改变到一定值后,其引起粘度的变化将不再明显。
