热轧妞合钢材’(bot-roued composite steelProducts)用不同材质的栩材经焊接或浇注成复合钢锭，再按不同要求热轧而成的切材。一般有双层复合钢板、三层复合炯板及农用复合俐等。此外，还有耐腐蚀复合钥材。主要用于侧造农业机械零件.以节约贵重合金材料和满足某些特种用途的偏要。 双层复合钢板用以侧造耐店及耐腐蚀零部件，如苏联的一种用于制造犁锌的双层复合栩板，切俐层用x6必1，占总重t的6~9%，支承层为JI53。当创成犁样并经热处理后，切削层与支承层的耐磨性比例为4一5:1，有自磨刃效果，与JI53钢制牵悴的对比试脸表明，可提高寿命达4倍以上。 三层复合钢板用以代替渗碳炯制造犁壁已有多年历史，一般采用面层为含碳量较高的耐磨钢，芯层为低碳钢，既保证了犁壁的耐磨性和强度，又提高了犁壁的韧性，从而提高使用寿命。在某些国家(如美国、日本)还采用提高面层含碳量(0.95%)和不同面层厚度的三层复合钢板，对进一步提高犁壁寿命有显著效果。 农用复合钢中国在20世纪60年代初开始生产由60一65钢与B:钢组成的农用复合钢，用以制造锄板与镰刀，有自磨刃性能，制造生产率高，使用寿命长，经济效益显著。 耐腐蚀复合钢材用以制造农业机械易腐蚀零部件，由碳素钢或低合金钢和不锈钢复合轧制而成。中国生产的不锈钢复合钢板有:A3十ICd8NigTi，A3+ICr17Ni13MoZTi及16Mn+ICrl8NigTi等。不锈钢层只占总厚度的5一20%，有较好的加工工艺性、可焊性和耐腐蚀性。(李志芳)
