药理作用：
1、血管a受体阻滞效应；2、血小板a受休阻滞效应；3、神经元a受体阻滞效应；4、具有钙拮抗的作用；5、具有降压和抗血小板凝集和抗血栓的作用。
适应症：
1、本品可增加脑血流量和提高警觉性，对老年人，可改善记忆力，对轻、中度痴呆有效，改善老年人CCI的临床症候群、智力减退、注意力、记忆力、情绪障碍及老年人的眩晕症；2、下肢慢性阻塞性动脉病所致的间歇性跛行（二期）的协助治疗；3、眼科视网膜血管性病变（糖尿病性，高血压性）老年人视网膜黄斑变性，可改善青光眼患者的视野；4、急性脑血管意外，特别是缺血性的；5、下肢动脉炎急性症候群；6、老年性的高血压、良性前列腺增生症。
用量用法：
老年人头昏眼花和智力障碍，15mg/粒，每日早1－2粒
动脉疾病：早晚各1粒。
或遵医嘱，饭前用水吞服。
不良反应： 个别患者肠胃失调性胃病，面部发热 .
