| 大口径管道 Big Inch Pipeline 第二次世界大战期间美国建成的一条原油管道。其管径为 600毫米，在当时是最大的，因而得名。它起自得克萨斯州的朗维尤，经阿肯色州、密苏里州、伊利诺伊州、印第安纳州、俄亥俄州和西弗吉尼亚州，终于宾夕法尼亚州的菲尼克斯维尔，全长2018千米。这条干线在菲尼克斯维尔又分为两条支线，分别展至新泽西州的林登和费城，管道长度分别约为138千米和37千米，管径均为500毫米。大口径管道工程艰巨，沿线穿过近230条大小河流，翻越阿勒格尼山脉。但为了满足战争的需要，于1942年初～1943年8月，仅一年多的时间即建成投产，输油能力超过4.77万立方米／天。1947年，大口径管道由美国政府卖给东得克萨斯有限公司，并被公司改为输送天然气的管道。 |
