Tetrapod-shaped zinc oxide(T-ZnO) whiskers were prepared by the method of vapor phase oxidation at high temperature with bentonite as catalyst,and the influence of experimental conditions to T-ZnO whiskers were discussed in this article.
结果表明:实验温度、催化剂含量和空气流量对T-ZnO晶须的尺寸、规整性、产率等有显著的影响,实验温度为920~980℃,膨润土含量为33%左右以及适当的空气流量条件下,可以得到尺寸均一、结构规整、四脚状含量和晶须产率都较高的T-ZnO晶须。
