| 问卷 questionnaire 社会研究中用来搜集资料的一种工具。它的形式是一份精心设计的问题表格，用途在于测量人们的态度、行为等特征。问卷的历史可追溯到经验社会调查广泛开展的19世纪。20世纪以后，结构式的问卷越来越多地被用于定量研究，与抽样调查相结合，已成为社会学研究的主要方式之一。 根据使用方法的不同，问卷可分为两种主要的类型：一种称为自填式问卷，另一种称为访问式问卷或访问调查表。一份问卷通常包括：①封面信。说明该项调查的目的，进行该项调查的人或组织的身分，被调查者的选取方式和他填答问卷的作用，对问答保密处理的保证等。②填表说明。即对回答者填写问卷的方式、方法及注意事项等所作的解释和说明。③调查的问题，这是问卷的主体。④其他资料。如问卷名称、编号、问卷发放和回收日期，调查员、审核员姓名，被调查者住址，问题的预编码等等。 问卷中问题的内容通常包括3方面 ：有关行为方面的；有关态度或看法方面的；有关回答者基本情况方面的。问题的形式主要有开放式和封闭式两种。开放式问题，就是不为回答者提供具体答案，由回答者自由回答。封闭式问题，就是在提出问题的同时还给出若干个答案，要求回答者根据自己的情况进行选择填答。问卷是社会研究中用来搜集资料的工具之一，它的主要优点是：花钱少，时间短，匿名性好，样本可以较大，地域可以很广，资料便于用计算机处理等。最大的弱点是所得资料的质量和问卷的回收率往往难以保证，同时对样本的文化水平有一定的要求，在填写问卷过程中出现的各种误差也不易发现和纠正。在现代社会研究和社会调查中，问卷越来越广泛地被应用，是各种民意测验、舆论调查、市场调查必不可少的工具。 |
