To adjust the combustion performances of low flame temperature and low burning rate propellants, some catalysts, shch as lead salts, copper salts, carbon black and assistant plasticizer were appended into four low buring rate formulations, whose theoretical flame temperature ranged from 900K to 1700 K, and the function of the catalysts and their additive amount were tested.
为调节低燃速燃温双基推进剂的燃烧性能(燃速及压强指数),探索铅、铜盐和碳黑等燃烧催化剂在该类推进剂中的催化效果,从理论燃温在900～1700K的低燃速双基推进剂中选出4种作为基础配方,分别加入不同种类的铅盐、铜盐及碳黑等燃烧催化剂,改变催化剂的加入量及搭配关系,进行了一系列试验研究。

In order to improve the disadvantages of high residue percentage after combustion and low burning rate in the first generation composite propellant used in the bridge-plug equipment in oil-well,a formulation of composite propellant based on the KNO3/AP/HTPB system was designed.
结果表明,降速剂草酸铵对复合推进剂有较好的降低燃速和残渣率的作用,AP粒径的增加有利于降低推进剂的燃速,加入催化剂可改善此推进剂燃烧稳定性。

The process of combustion in a 350 MW boiler was simulated and the results showed that the dense-dilute pulverized-coal concentration combustion technology did not change furnace radiation heat transfer,and NOX emission of low NOX pulverized-coal burner in same velocity of two channels was 12% lower than that of the conventional dense-dilute pulverized-coal concentration burner.
常规水平浓淡燃烧器的双通道速度差达6~8 m/s,该速度差会对燃烧稳定性、燃烧效率和NOX排放造成影响,通过对常规直流煤粉燃烧器、水平浓淡煤粉燃烧器和等速型低NOX燃烧器在350 MW电站锅炉上的燃烧过程数值模拟表明:浓淡燃烧技术不改变锅炉炉内的传热特性,等速型低NOX燃烧器比水平浓淡燃烧器可降低NOX排放12%。
