系蛋白质的代谢产物,不存在于正常尿内。当体内组织急剧破坏时,肝脏脱氨基作用不全,尿内可发现。呈略显黑色的细针状晶体,束状或羽毛状排列。可见于急性磷、氯仿或四氯化碳中毒,急性肝坏死与肝硬化、白血病、糖尿病性昏迷等疾病。
