性质:在有机化合物分子中引入羧基(-COOH)的反应。例如:格利雅试剂RMgX与CO2的加成产物水解后生成羧酸RCOOH,酚钠盐与CO2在加压、加热条件下反应生成酸,羟基腈水解得到羟基酸,氨基腈水解得到氨基酸,在催化量的四羰基镍Ni(CO)4、醋酸钾和水存在下用CO处理溴代芳烃ArBr可以得到高产率的羧酸ArCOOH等等。羧基化反应是制备各种羧酸的重要方法。
