酸甜话梅鸡翅
1、先将鸡翅洗净，斩开，腌一下，腌料有:白糖,盐,老抽,玫瑰露酒，生姜，蒜，少许生粉，搅拌均匀，腌2-3小时。
2、腌好后可以开煮了，烧油放蒜和姜(腌料里的)爆香，将鸡翅从腌料中夹进炒锅(注意不要一气倒进去，酱油留到后面再倒)。
3、将鸡翅翻炒至金黄色，加高汤或开水，把甘草话梅3—4颗放入，盖上锅盖焖熟。
4、鸡翅没有血水渗出就可以开锅盖了，把腌料中的酱油倒进去，放一包番茄酱，打上生粉芡，味道酸酸甜甜，连骨头都想吮透呢。
