q一utuankuang球团矿(pellet)将细粒度的铁精矿配入少量球团私结剂,经过造球与焙烧制成的球状炉料。它和烧结矿并称为人造富矿。主要作为高炉炼铁的原料,也可以作为直接还原铁及熔融还原铁的原料,在炼钢过程中可作为氧化剂及冷却剂使用。 类别球团矿按化学成分主要有酸性球团矿和自熔性球团矿两大类。酸性球团矿的主要矿物为赤铁矿,脉石成分以酸性的510:为主,含碱性物质cao,MgO极少;自熔性球团矿的主要矿物为赤铁矿,脉石成分除510:外含有较多的CaO,碱度(CaO/510。)一般在0.8一1.2之间。此外为了改善球团矿的高温冶金性能,在球团原料中添加橄榄石、白云石、煤或预还原处理,分别获得橄榄石球团矿、白云石球团矿,多孔球团矿和预还原球团矿。球团矿按其固结方式可分为焙烧固结球团矿和冷固结球团矿。前者在高温下(1200一1300℃)以Fe203的再结晶与晶粒长大使球团矿具有很高的强度,后者以各种豁结剂把铁精矿固结起来,如水玻璃、腐殖酸钠、纸浆废液、膨润土等,或者以细磨的高炉水、渣、波特兰水泥、消石灰等形成水化硅酸盐的微晶,使球团矿具有一定的强度。世界上90%以上的球团矿是高温焙烧固结的。 性能球团矿的强度高(单个球的抗压强度达Z000N以上),转鼓指数可达95%(150标准),可以长期贮存和长途运输,它的粒度均匀(一般为9一12.smm),颗粒间孔隙度大,透气性好。球团矿的气孔率高(2。%以上),且多为均匀分布的开口微气孔,加之主要矿物为赤铁矿,故还原性好。球团矿在氧化性气氛下焙烧,因而兼有除硫作用,一般球团矿含硫很低。由于球团矿不是依靠液相来固结的,可以使用含铁量很高的铁精矿作为原料,生产出品位高、杂质少的优质人造富矿。 (孔令坛)
