botulism

   由肉毒杆菌外毒素引起的中毒性疾病。分3种类型:①食物中毒型。食入被肉毒毒素污染的食品,如罐头、火腿、臭豆腐等而发病。②伤口型。由肉毒杆菌感染伤口所致。③婴儿肉毒中毒。如食用被肉毒杆菌芽孢污染的蜂蜜引起。临床表现均以神经系统症状为主,头痛、眩晕、眼肌和呼吸肌麻痹、双侧下行性肌力减弱及软瘫。患病后应及早注射肉毒抗毒血清治疗。预防的关键是严格食品管理、食物食用前需煮沸。
