| 缫丝 silk reeling 制丝过程中，根据产品规格要求，把若干粒煮熟茧的茧丝离解，合并制成生丝或柞蚕丝的工序。缫丝的方法很多，按缫丝时蚕茧沉浮的不同，可分为浮缫、半沉缫、沉缫3种。按缫丝机械类型的不同，可分为立缫和自动缫两种。按自动缫丝机的感知型式不同，可分为定粒感知缫丝和定纤感知缫丝两种。定粒感知缫丝是在缫丝过程中使每根生丝保持一定的茧粒数，缺粒就添绪或接绪；定纤感知缫丝则采用纤度感知器，当生丝细到一定限度时即行添绪接绪。绪表示每粒茧的茧丝头。按生丝卷绕形式的不同，可分为小缫丝和筒子缫丝两种。缫丝工艺过程包括煮熟茧的索绪、理绪，茧丝的集绪、拈鞘、缫解，部分茧子的茧丝缫完或中途断头的添绪和接绪，生丝的卷绕和干燥。柞蚕茧缫丝有干缫丝和水缫丝两种。干缫是使经煮茧、漂茧后的茧脱除部分水分，在茧呈湿润状态时将其置于干缫机的台面上进行缫丝；水缫和桑蚕茧立缫工艺基本相同，将经煮茧、漂茧后的茧直接置于盛有热水的水缫机锅内进行缫丝。
