英文名:Elastase

别名:弹性酶,弹性蛋白酶,胰肽酶E,弹性水解酶

作用与用法:此酶能增加脂蛋白酶活性,具有A脂蛋白酶的作用,能阻止胆固醇在体内合成并促其转化为胆酸,降低血浆胆固醇及低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯和极低密度脂蛋白;升高高密度脂蛋白;阻止脂质向动脉壁沉积,分解旧弹性蛋白和合成新弹性蛋白,并有防止动脉粥样硬化及抗脂肪肝的作用。此外尚有促进血凝、加强子宫收缩等作用。用于II型和IV型高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、脂肪肝等的防治。对慢性支气管炎亦有疗效。

用法用量:口服:慢性支气管炎,10mg/次,3次/日,1个月为一疗程。高脂血症、动脉粥样硬化、高血压、脂肪肝,10mg~20mg/次,3次/日。2~8周为一疗程。肌注:15mg/日,3个月为一疗程。

注意事项:不良反应少见,偶有过敏和轻度胃肠症状,出现腹胀,食欲不振,肝区痛、口干,嘴唇发麻。无需治疗,能自愈。

规格:片剂:10mg/片,15mg/片。
