性质:主要有脉冲填料塔和脉冲筛板塔两种。塔结构本身与一般的填料塔或筛板塔基本相同。由于塔内无机械转动或往复运动部件,脉冲发生器可离开塔身,这样就易于解决防腐蚀和防放射性问题。因此在原子能工业中得到了广泛的应用。其缺点是整塔液体脉动,能耗较大。脉冲振幅a和频率f是重要的操作参数,必须仔细选定,一般f=30~250次/分;α=6~25mm。脉冲强度(=α×f)。塔结构对传质效率的影响也显著,一般筛板塔板间距较小(12.5~75mm),筛孔直径1.2~3mm,开孔率10%~25%。
