In order to solve external insulation in ultra high voltage DC transmission lines,flashover characteristics of two types of glass insulators under different ESDD & NSDD contamination patterns are studied in this paper.
为了解决特高压直流输电线路中的外绝缘问题,本文在实际海拔高度下,通过对两种大吨位玻璃绝缘子在不同盐密、不同灰密、不同染污情况下进行直流污闪特性试验,采集了大量的泄漏电流数据,并且应用了一种新的研究方法,对绝缘子在耐受临闪电压U_(50%)时所记录的直流泄漏电流进行了统计分析,总结了泄漏电流脉冲幅值、数量统计、持续时间、电量等特征量随条件变化的规律。

为了解决特高压直流输电线路中的外绝缘问题,清华大学深圳研究生院和云南省电力试验研究院合作,通过对两种大吨位玻璃绝缘子在不同盐密、不同灰密、不同染污情况和不同悬挂方式下进行直流污闪特性试验,对其污闪特性作了深入研究。

The main technical parameters influencing the sealing performance of glass insulator were found.
研究了全密封圆柱形锂电池钼极柱与玻璃的封接工艺,找出了影响玻璃绝缘子熔封性能的主要工艺参数;并成功地解决了玻璃同时与两种不同金属封接时热膨胀系数不匹配、金属与玻璃封接时的润湿性以及封接后的气密性差等难点,研制出了能满足一次锂电池制造需要的主要配件绝缘盖组,结果显示其主要性能指标超过国外同类产品。

In view of the flashover of glass insulator strings on 220 kV Zhouyang transmission line in Shaanxi Puwer Grid caused by changing in condition of humidity and pollution,combining with the operation status of the transmission line,the simulation experiments on glass insulator strings in diversity combination modes have been completed in the lab.
针对陕西电网220kV周洋线玻璃绝缘子串因环境湿度和污秽改变引起的闪络事故,根据目前线路的运行状况,对不同组合方式的玻璃绝缘子串在实验室进行了模拟试验,寻找出了提高线路玻璃绝缘子串工频闪络电压的最佳组合方式。

Due to frequently occurred concentrated self-blast phenomenon of toughened glass insulators on 500 kV transmission lines,the paper illustrated defect situation of concentrated self-blast of toughened glass insulators and supplied the statistics of self-blast numbers of 160 kN toughened glass insulators operated from 2000 to 2004 on five 500 kV transmission lines.
针对500kV输电线路上钢化玻璃绝缘子集中自爆现象的多次发生,举例阐述了钢化玻璃绝缘子集中自爆缺陷情况,并对2000年至2004年5条500kV输电线路使用160kN玻璃绝缘子发生的自爆进行统计。

It is introduced the advantages of toughened glass insulator compare with the traditional porcelain insulator, and optimized the properties from the design point of view on considering its’ functions among the electricity transmission line.
