yoUxlon fUXUo门l}uChe门g优先浮选流程(、eleCtive flotation flowsheet) 用浮选法处理多金属矿石时,先浮选一种矿物而抑制其余矿物,然后再活化并浮选另一种矿物的浮选流程。(见图)当多金属矿石中的有用矿物呈粗粒嵌布,且较富(脉石含量少),而各种有用矿物的可浮性差异较大,但含量彼此相近时,宜用优先浮选流程分选。这种流程的工艺条件容易控制,一般选矿生产指标较高目_稳定。因而在生产实践中应用颇多。但是,优先浮选流程与混合浮选流程相比,浮选时间较长、所需浮选机多、磨矿费用较高以及消耗大量抑制剂和活化剂,因而生产成本较高。 (李风楼)
