凤凰山铜矿金、银回收率分别在59%和49%左右,提高金、银回收率,关键在于提高部分优先浮选中金、银回收率,早收快收,减少进入后续作业中金银数量,达到降低损失、提高回收率的目的。

针对某复杂铜锌硫化矿石的综合回收开展分离浮选试验研究,试验研究结果表明:采用优先浮选流程,选用硫化钠、硫酸锌和亚硫酸钠合理组合抑锌选铜,最后从铜尾矿中选锌,实现了铜锌分离,获得了铜回收率73。

yoUxlon fUXUo门l}uChe门g优先浮选流程(、eleCtive flotation flowsheet) 用浮选法处理多金属矿石时，先浮选一种矿物而抑制其余矿物，然后再活化并浮选另一种矿物的浮选流程。(见图)当多金属矿石中的有用矿物呈粗粒嵌布，且较富(脉石含量少)，而各种有用矿物的可浮性差异较大，但含量彼此相近时，宜用优先浮选流程分选。这种流程的工艺条件容易控制，一般选矿生产指标较高目_稳定。因而在生产实践中应用颇多。但是，优先浮选流程与混合浮选流程相比，浮选时间较长、所需浮选机多、磨矿费用较高以及消耗大量抑制剂和活化剂，因而生产成本较高。 (李风楼)
