性质:又称异芒果苷。微黄色小针晶(吡啶-甲醇),熔点约240℃(变黑),逐渐分解而无熔点;熔点>260℃(分解),旋光度+5.5°(吡啶)。溶于吡啶及55%乙醇,微溶于甲醇和醋酸乙酯,不溶于乙醚、石油醚及氯仿等。存在于漆树科植物芒果(Mangifera indica L.)的叶、百合科植物知母(Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge.)的地上部分和花中。具有较好的镇咳祛痰疗效及强心、利尿、抗抑郁作用。
