The results showed that the shear viscosity and non-Newton exponent of the composite decreased gradually,the die swell and the pressure loss at the entrance of zero die increased,and the appearance of extrudate deterioated as the shear rate increased;the sensitivity of the shear viscosity of composite to the shear rate decreased,the non-Newton exponent increased,in general,the die swell .
结果表明,随着剪切速率的增大,复合材料的剪切粘度和非牛顿指数逐渐减小,挤出胀大比和零口型入口压力降增大,挤出物外观变差;随着纳米碳酸钙用量的增大,复合材料的剪切粘度对剪切速率的敏感性下降,非牛顿指数增大,挤出胀大比总体上呈下降趋势,零口型入口压力降变化较小,在相对低的剪切速率下,挤出物外观得到改善。

研究发现,孔口胀大比(B)随表观剪切速率(γ)、溶液浓度的增大而增大;随毛细管长径比(L/D)增大、温度(T)升高、滤布层数(N)增多而减小;L/D增大或γ增大时,孔口胀大比活化能(EB)下降,C%增大,EB也增加。
