【原料】
原料：肥瘦猪肉300克，鸡蛋1个，牛奶250克。啤酒50毫升，金糕25克，白糖50克，生菜叶、精盐各适量。
【制作过程】
1.将猪肉去筋、洗净，剁成茸状，放入碗内，打入鸡蛋液。再放入精盐、牛奶搅拌均匀成糊状。 2.把啤酒与白糖熬成咖啡色的糖汁，备用。 3.把糊状的肉茸均匀地挤成樱桃般大小的丸子，放在瓷碗里，将糖汁浇在丸子上。然后，放入蒸锅内蒸熟。
4.将金糕切成小方丁备用。
