性质:一种用于电子元器件生产中焊接铝制零件等用的低温焊材料。具有熔点低、流散性好、焊缝的机械强度高以及较好的耐蚀性等优点,但有焊接温度下易氧化的缺点。熔融法制锭,拉拔成线材。常用牌号有HISnZn10、HISnZn20、HISnZn30、HISnZn40、HISnZn60。熔点在202~365℃。布氏硬度HB在17.2~21.8,密度7.27~7.19g/cm3。
