| 痤疮 acne 有丘疹、黑头粉刺、脓疱、结节或囊肿等多种皮损并伴皮脂溢出的一种皮肤病。俗称粉刺。青春期发病。女性患者月经期加重。治疗采用综合措施，少吃高脂肪及糖类食物，外用硫磺洗剂；囊肿性可口服13顺维甲酸；外用维甲酸制剂或内用维生素A有溶角质作用，可去黑头粉刺；外用抗菌药物，如过氧化苯甲酰、1％～4％红霉素、1％～2％洁霉素等。 |
