2,6-dichloropyridine was synthesized from chlorination of pyridine under UV irradiation with chlorine, and then acidity hydrolyzed with the medium of H2O and the condition of bringing pressure to obtain 6-chloro-2-pyridinol with 85% yield.
以吡啶为起始原料,经光氯化法合成2,6-二氯吡啶,再以水为介质在加压条件下使2,6-二氯吡啶酸性水解而合成6-氯-2-吡啶酮,产率可达85%,并通过红外光谱、核磁、质谱对其的结构进行了测定,证明了合成方法的可靠性。

Using 2,6-dichloropyridine as material,through a nucleophilic reaction and an electrophilic reaction,3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridinol with a high yield of 89% was synthesized by using FeCl_3/I_2 as catalyzer.
以2,6-二氯吡啶为原料,经亲核和亲电两步反应,采用FeC l3/I2催化的新工艺合成了3,5,6-三氯-2-羟基吡啶,获得了89%的高产率。
