Aimed at the corrosion and fouling of double tower stripping system,the conclusion was drawn on the basis of lab analysis and process condition study that the control system being prevented from contacting with oxydative substances and reasonably controlling alkaline condition of purified water system can effectively prevent corrosion and fouling and increase operating efficiency of the plant.

The experimental result shows that this method can meet the requirement of experiment and also recover phenol from the purified water.

After treatment, the purified water qulity and application, the water consumption was remarkable decresing in the enterprise and decreasing the draining off water outside.

Technical modification of co-production of salt and Glauber′s salt and coordinated brine purification and its application provide a new method and approach to optimize the process,stabilize the production,save energy and lower consumption,thus pushing forward the technical innovation and progress.

In view of this,decrease of brine purification cost has been the focus of co-production facility of salt and Glauber′s salt.
