麻纱 hair cords 布面纵向有细条织纹的轻薄棉织物。因挺爽如麻而得名。具有凉爽透气等特性,适宜作衬衫、童装、女裙等面料,以及装饰用布。麻纱按组织结构可分为普通麻纱和花式麻纱。①普通麻纱。一般采用纬重平组织,经纱用18~13号(32~45英支),纬密比经密高10%~15%,使布面经向有明显的直条纹路。②花式麻纱。是利用织物组织的变化,或用不同号数的经纱和变化的经纱排列织制而成,有变化麻纱、柳条麻纱、异经麻纱等品种。变化麻纱包括各种变化组织,纹路粗壮突出 ,布身挺括;柳条麻纱经纱排列每隔一定距离有一空隙,布面呈现细小空隙,质地细腻轻薄 ,具有透凉滑爽之感;异经麻纱以单根经纱和异号双根经纱循环间隔排列,布面条纹更为清晰突出。麻纱原料大多采用纯棉纱,自20世纪60年代以后,由于化纤工业的发展,出现了涤棉、涤麻、维棉等混纺麻纱原料。
