【原料】
莲子100克,哈士蟆25克,白糖200克。
【制作过程】
1.将莲子去皮,捅去莲心,用温水洗净。
2.用热水将哈士蟆浸泡4小时,用水洗净。
3.将莲子和哈士蟆分别放入两个容器中,加入清水(水没过食物 表面),放入蒸箱中蒸20分钟左右,取出,滗净水,放汤碗中。
4.锅中注入500克清水,加入白糖,上火烧开,倒在盛有莲子和哈士蟆的汤碗中即可。
