性质:在开管柱内壁上用适当的方法沉积上一层多孔性物质(如硅藻土、硅烷化硅胶、分子筛等),即为多孔层开管柱。多孔性物质可做吸附剂用,也可做为载体再涂固定液使用。多孔性物质作为载体用的又称涂载体开管柱(support-coated open tubular column)。多孔层厚度约为0.1mm。与涂壁开管柱相比,它的内表面大,柱容量大,固定液流失减少,柱寿命增加。
