性质:用于汽车的涂料,通常分为底漆、中涂漆、面漆和罩光漆四大类。底漆直接涂覆于车身钢铁表面,要求其对下面的钢铁表面有良好的附着力、防锈能力,对上面的涂层有很好的结合力。大部分车体都采用电泳漆涂装,也有少数采用环氧粉末底涂的。中涂漆指底漆与面漆之间的涂层,它包括腻子、二道底漆和防石击涂料。面漆指汽车车体最上面的一道装饰性涂层。要求其具有优良的装饰性:美观、色彩鲜艳、光泽高、丰满度好并能经久不变;优良的机械强度:坚韧、耐磨,能抗外来机械冲击;优良的耐湿热性、耐盐雾性、耐久性等。近年来电泳底漆上喷涂粉末涂料的汽车涂装体系正在开发与实用化之中。
