核桃肉(净)300克,绵白糖125克,生菜油1000克(实耗50克)。

≮美食做法≯

1、核桃肉放入碗内,加入热水浸泡一下,剥去核桃肉上的一层皮,晾干。制时把剥好的核桃肉用开水烫一烫,加入绵白糖拌匀;

2、待绵白糖溶化并粘在核桃肉上时,投入六七成热的油锅内炸至琥珀色,捞出沥干油,冷却装盆即好。
