原料/调料
咸面包1包、鲜虾8只、鸡蛋1个。
花生油30克、盐10克、味精10克、白糖3克、干生粉适量。
制作流程
1.咸面包切厚片,鱼虾去头、去壳、留尾。
2.鸡蛋打散,加入盐、味精、白糖、干生粉调成煳,然后把虾挂上煳,粘到面包片上待用。
3.煎锅下油,放入酿好的原料,用小火煎至金黄熟透,铲起入碟即成。
