AHP(analysis hierarchy process) was employed to construct a system of environmental impact assessment for land use change,based on a quantitative analysis of the effects of change in land use on eco-environment in Fengdu country from 1997 to 2004.

江苏省扬州市属县，乡镇工业发达县，江都抽水站所在地。位于省境中部，南滨长江，西临邵伯湖和里运河，新、老通扬运河横贯东西。面积1332平方公里，人口107.26万。县府驻江都镇。县境地势平坦，通扬运河沿线高程约6米；其北为里下河低平原,2～3.5米；其南为长江北岸高沙平原,4～6米；沿江一带为圩区,2～4米。属北亚热带季风气候。主要农作物有水稻、麦类、豆类、棉花、花生、油菜等。桑蚕饲养业、花木种植业和淡水渔业发达。工业有纺织、服装加工、石油化工、机械等部门。传统手工业有猪鬃加工、柳条编织、漆器、骨扇、毛笔等。江都镇原名仙女庙，1956年改今名，是江都县工业、手工业和文化、教育事业中心。人口 4.1万。自古为扬州对苏北各地交通咽喉。扼通扬运河、里运河和淮扬公路、通扬公路水陆交通枢纽，商业繁盛。江都水利枢纽主体工程江都抽水站位于镇南。古迹有明真武庙大殿，革命纪念地有新四军郭村战斗历史遗存，均为省级文物保护单位。
