- 一个红辣椒,去籽切细丝
- 2瓣大蒜,去皮切片
- 225克鲜虾,剥壳
- 1根韭菜,切细丝
- 100毫升干白葡萄酒
- 2茶匙酱油
- 300克湿面条
- 300克新鲜蔬菜和豆芽
- 黑胡椒粉
做法
1.橄榄油放进锅里,加入辣椒丝和大蒜片用高活翻炒1-2分钟。加入大虾彻底翻炒1-2分钟,直到变色。加入韭菜丝,翻炒1分钟。
2.加入白葡萄酒和酱油,烧开后加入面条和蔬菜。盖上锅盖继续烹调1-2分钟,或者直到蔬菜变软。关火,撒上黑胡椒粉。
