The process and the method of five step uncovering the coal suddenly from outbursting and nimble application of it in the vertical shaft chamber construction are introduced,the application effect is analyzed,and have realized safely and fast uncovering the coal.

When advancing and uncovering coal in roadway, better construction method is vibration shot, metal framework, borehole bleed-off and hydraulic hole, of which vibration shot is principal.

Using all coal digging methods as a reference,synthetical cutting through coal seam measure is designed.

In this article,the situation of cutting through coal seam in the main and auxiliary mine shaft is introduced,then the main factors of natural distressed zone formation are proposed,finally, the main reasons for cutting through coal seam outburst in the auxiliary mine shaft are also analyzed.

According to the shortage of the conventional seam opening methods and in combined with the actual problems of the seam opening outburst in Panbei Mine,base on the detail analysis on the outburst control measures at home and abroad and with the optimized borehole design,an rational outburst control result was obtained.

Although the traditional five-bucket phase-shifting algorithm possesses excellent accuracy,itisn t used in the practical length measurement because of the strict conditions of equal step length of phase shifting.
