To get the maximizing leaching ratio of cobalt from black blended powder(bbp) containing LiCoO2,acetylene black and tiny amount of aluminum obtained from cathode materials of spent lithium ion batteries,orthogonal tests were designed with four factors,then,to adjust factors levels for maximizing of leaching ratio of cobalt.
