In as-cast microstructures, SG modification can refine austenites and inhibit their orientational arrangement, reduce and refine the intercrystalline carbides; in heat-treatment process, SG modification can either shorten the holding time or lower the holding temperature.

The results show that the content of austenite is much and the carbide distributed the thick lath form, the grain size is thicker in high chromium casting iron without modification treatment; the amount of residual austenite obviously reduce and the size of austenite greatly fine agter modification treatment, carbide change from thick lath to fin.
结果表明:铸态未变质的铸铁组织中,奥氏体含量多,碳化物呈粗大板条状分布,晶粒比较粗大;变质后残余奥氏体量明显减少,初生奥氏体显著细化,碳化物由粗大板条状向细板条状、菊花状转变;RE,Al复合变质处理可使铬钨合金白口铸铁的硬度、冲击韧度、耐磨性都得到提高。

性质:人工合成的锕系后元素。1974年美国LBL实验室的A. Ghiorso等人用95MeV的18O离子轰击249Cf靶,通过核反应得到263Sg: 差不多与此同时,原苏联Dubna联合核子所的G.N.Ferov和Y. T. Oganessian等人用54Cr8+轰击207Pb或208pb靶得到了259Sg。其中263Sg是得到的最稳定的同位素,半衰期为0.90s左右。
