青稞(naked barley) 中国青藏高原地区对裸大麦的通称。主要分布在西藏、青海、甘肃、新疆、宁夏等省(自治区),四川省西部、云南省西北部也有分布。江苏、浙江称为元麦,华北称为米大麦。 青稞是中国藏族人民聚居区的主要食用作物,用来制作 “糌粑”食用,或将糌粑与牛奶(奶茶)等一起拌匀食用,适用于游牧生活。青稞多为春性,耐寒性较强,苗期能忍受暂短-10℃左右的低温;大部分品种闭颖授粉,开花期、乳熟期遇到低温时不致受害。生育期短,早熟。日均温>=5℃的日数为100天左右,最热月份月均温10℃以上的寒冷地区均可栽培。一般为春播,一年一熟,在西藏、四川西部、云南西北部等冬季气温较暖和地区,也有秋播的。适于在微碱性较肥沃土壤上栽培。 |
