d ingmo tulioo锭模涂料(eoating mixture)以消除钢锭表面缺陷和减少钢锭模消耗为目的的钢锭模内表面涂敷剂。使用时将其用特殊的喷涂设备均匀地喷洒在钢锭模内表面上,在浇注过程中这层涂膜使钢锭的结疤、翻皮、裂纹、表面气泡和皮下气泡等多种表面缺陷得到极大的抑制。同时,它减少了钢锭焊模现象并阻止了钢水对锭模表面的侵蚀和冲刷,起到保护钢锭模的作用。此外,该涂层的隔热作用使钢锭的凝固时间相应延长,在某种程度上减少了钢锭缩孔的形成并相应延长了夹杂的上浮时间,有利于其排除。 锭模涂料分为两类:一类是模壁涂料,另一类是模底涂料。以往模壁涂料多以煤焦油、重油、石墨等为基体材料,由于其热分解温度与最佳值相差较大且会引起模壁残碳附着部位的渗碳严重,已被水溶性树脂所取代。水溶性树脂的作用机理是:当浇注时产生的飞溅液滴粘在涂有树脂的锭模上时,该层树脂在400~600℃的温度条件下会产生分解反应,释放出气体从而使得飞溅液滴凝固后自动脱落。研究表明,水溶性树脂分解残留物的高温勃度在1000~30。。cst之间时,钢锭的表面质量更加优异。另外,对钢锭模涂料还有一些附加的要求。一是导热系数低,与锭模有强的附着力,高温下最好能有一定的表面强度和抗急热性。模底涂料一般指底板涂料、底板修补剂和防漏剂。这类涂料多为硅质、铝质或镁质材料,不会污染钢水。多采用喷涂方式,有时也将其制成泥糊状以手工涂敷。 (尹弘斌)
