原料：香蕉——1/4个，黄油——若干，肉汤——3大匙，牛奶——1大匙，面粉——1小匙
(1) 将香蕉去皮之后捣碎。
(2) 用黄油在锅里炒制面粉，炒好之后倒入肉汤煮并用木勺轻轻搅。
(3) 煮至粘稠时放入捣碎的香蕉。
(4) 最后加适量牛奶略煮。
香蕉的热量较其他水果高，糖分含量也高。香蕉易于消化吸收，对于有胃肠障碍或腹泻的婴更适宜
