主料:虾
辅料:香蕉、威化纸、面包渣、沙律酱、鸡蛋液
调料:盐、胡椒粉、食用油、料酒、淀粉、鸡精
做法:
1、 将虾肉切开,盐、胡椒粉拌料酒腌一下;
2、 将香蕉切成片状;
3、 取一大盘,在盘底铺上干淀粉,将威化纸摆好,码上一个香蕉片和一只虾,包成小方块状,蘸满蛋液、面包渣;
4、 坐锅点火放油,油至八成热时,将威化卷逐个放入锅内炸至金黄色捞出,蘸沙律酱或炼乳食用。
特点:果香浓郁,滑软爽脆。
