【食盐】(tablesalt)主要成分为氯化钠。分粗盐和精盐两种。粗盐制法:(1)用石盐的水溶液过滤、蒸浓、结晶;(2)海水约含氯化钠2.7,可用盐田法或机械制盐法来制取海盐;(3)对于盐井的盐汁、盐湖的咸水或天然盐泉,可先除去不纯物,然后蒸浓、结晶。将粗盐以过再结晶,并以化学方法除去碱金属及碱土金属的硫酸盐和碳酸钠等杂质后制成精盐。食盐的
