夹持进针 进针法之一。其法： ①手指消毒后，左手拇、食指夹住针身下段，露出针尖，对准穴位，右手捏持针柄，两手同时配合用力，将针快速刺入穴位。 ②左手拇、食指用消毒棉球夹持针身下段，露出针尖，其余操作同①。适用于长针直刺。
