dongtai bianguige ZhaZh-动态变规格轧制(rolling with dynamiesehedule ehange)在全连续式冷轧机上乳制带材的连续运行过程中,由计算机控制系统根据轧件规格的变化,自动设定轧制工艺参数和规程,以连续轧制不同厚度规格带材的轧制技术。通常采用的控制方法是:当板厚变更预定点通过各机架时,依次实时修正压下位置和轧棍速度,使板厚变更前的最优轧制工况圆滑过渡到板厚变更后的最优轧制工况。在进行动态变规格轧制时需要注意的是:抑制机架间的张力波动防止断带;缩短板厚变更部分超差长度。随着计算机控制技术的发展和动态连轧解析模型的不断完善,控制效果在不断提高。现在,板厚变更范围达到60如m,超差部分长度短至约1.sm,张力波动可控制在士20%之内。 动态变规格技术是全连续轧机能否实现全连续轧制(又称无头轧制)的关键(见冷轧板带生产),最初于 1971年应用于日本福山钢管公司第二冷连轧厂142omm五机架全连续冷轧机。中国上海的2030mm五机架全连续冷轧机也采用了动态变规格技术。 (高德福)
