绿脓杆菌
pseudomonas aerugi?nosa
为假单胞菌菌种，分布于空气、水、土壤、正常人皮肤、肠道、呼吸道中，为需氧菌，革兰阴性无芽胞杆菌，菌体长短不一，无荚膜，在菌体一端有1～3根鞭毛，运动活泼。绿脓杆菌能产生内毒素，多种致病因子，包括多种胞外酶和外毒素，可引起出血性皮肤病灶，能造成肺萎缩和坏死，使肝细胞肿胀，脂肪变性和坏死。并能产生蓝绿色水溶性色素，感染时可形成绿色脓液。绿脓杆菌对紫外线抵抗力较强，55℃1小时方能杀灭，对青霉素及多种抗生素不敏感，有天然耐药性，对庆大霉素、妥布霉素、多粘菌素B敏感，但易产生耐药性。前三代头孢菌素类仅复达欣有一定效果、其余则效果不佳。
