为了找到科学合理的改造依据，根据改造方案设计了冷态模化试验台，进行了冷态模化试验，采用热线风速仪测量了不同工况下一次风出口区域及炉膛壁面区域的时均速度，分析了改变一次风动量、改变侧二次风动量和改变一次风喷口的高宽比分别对带侧二次风的一次风刚性的影响情况。

本文在三通道燃烧器窑内冷态模化计算基础上,进行了窑内速度场、温度场测量,并根据测量数据及计算,分析了几种典型回转窑多通道燃烧器结构参数对窑内流场的影响,通过分析窑内流场空气动力特性,比较了燃烧器不同结构参数对窑内气流混合、燃烧过程及火焰形状的作用,为今后进一步进行新型燃烧器设计提供参考。
