性质:指受电子辐射能量激发游离基或阳离子聚合,从而固化成膜的一类涂料。其固化速度与电子束剂量率成正比,电子束射入涂膜深度与加速电压和涂膜密度有关。其主要组成有活性低聚物——不饱和化合物;活性稀释剂——单或多官能丙烯酸酯类单体;颜、填料和助剂等。该类涂料不含有机溶剂,省资源、少污染;固化速度快,短至几秒;省能源;适于流水线快速涂装;100%交联成膜,涂膜性能优异。广泛应用于竹木、塑料、纸张、皮革、织物等方面的流水线作业涂饰。电子束固化涂装需要有电子束加速器、惰性气体发生装置、防护电子束的泄漏装置等,设备投资较大,仅适用于大量加工,故目前应用还较少,但作为少污染、节能型涂料,是有发展前途的。
